All ticket sales for the 8th Annual Bree Moore Productions Fashion Show are final.
Bree Moore Productions maintains a strict no-refund policy for all purchases, including but not limited to:

• General Admission, VIP, and Group Tickets

• Vendor Booths or Sponsorship Packages

• Add-on experiences or upgrades

Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred to a future event, regardless of scheduling conflicts, personal circumstances, or weather-related issues.

If the event is postponed or rescheduled, previously purchased tickets will automatically transfer to the new date.

Ticket Resale & Transfers

While refunds are not available, attendees may resell or transfer their tickets under the following conditions:

1. Authorized Transfers Only:
   The original ticket holder is responsible for ensuring the ticket is resold or transferred securely. Bree Moore Productions does not facilitate or guarantee third-party sales.

2. Verification Required:
   The name on the ticket must match the attendee’s ID at check-in. If you sell or gift your ticket, you must update the attendee’s name in the original ticketing platform (e.g., Eventbrite) before the event.

3. Scam & Fraud Disclaimer:
   Bree Moore Productions is not liable for any losses, fraudulent purchases, or invalid tickets obtained through unauthorized resale channels (such as social media DMs or third-party websites not listed on our official platforms).

4. Official Resale Recommendation:
   For safety and validity, we recommend reselling tickets only through the original ticket platform’s transfer system or by contacting info@breemoore.com for verification before transfer.

Event Changes

Bree Moore Productions reserves the right to:

• Modify event details (venue, lineup, schedule, or seating arrangements)

• Postpone due to unforeseen circumstances

• Cancel in the event of emergencies or safety concerns

In all cases, communications will be sent via email and posted on @breemooreproductions official channels.
